Free/Flat Rate Shipping (Free/Flat Rate Terms have changed)

  • All in-stock supply orders of $50.00 or more receive Free Ground Shipping.
  • All in-stock supply orders less than $50.00 receive $9.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping.

Same Day Shipping

Most orders do ship same day if received and payed for at or before 1:00 PM PST.

Shipping Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days of being placed.
  • We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.

Shipping Method

  • UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day available for most locations.
  • Priority Mail and Priority Mail International also available
  • Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges.

Order Inspection

Upon arrival inspect the contents of your order to insure that no pieces are missing.

Replacing Missing Items

After order has been inspected and you find that an item is missing from your order, contact Customer Service within 48 business hours after receipt.

Returns / Exchanges

Contact us for Return Authorization Number (RA#). Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to our facility.

Inspection Criteria

  • Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely
  • All clearance item sales are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds accepted.

Return Authorization Number

Cancellations

  • Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
  • Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
  • For orders that are cancelled in transit or delivery is refused, customer is responsible for actual shipping and handling charges.

Backorders

  • No backorders.
  • If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order, and you will be notified.
